Place your order to us by a simple email to netshop@ebbro.com, including the required information below:

	A	Provide your full name, shipping address, telephone number, and email address.
	B	Please include the item number, description, and quantity of each model you want to order.
	C	With 72 hours, you will receive our confirmation email, informing you which models are available in stock. The total payment amount, including post office registered airmail cost, will be included.
	D	If you are satisfied with the confirmed order, please reply by email to confirm. A Paypal invoice will then be issued and sent by email to you. Please note that all parcels will ONLY be sent to the address registered with Paypal. Please DO NOT ask to send the parcel to any other address.
	E	We will hold your desired models for a maximum of 3 days after we send out the confirmation email to you - please kindly pay the Paypal invoice as soon as possible.

If you prefer to order by fax, please click here for a downloadable copy of our order form. Payment still need to be made by Paypal over the internet. We do NOT accept credit card payments directly.

Registered post office airmail charge is US$8 for the first 1/43 scale model, then each additional model costs US$5/model. e.g. 2 models US$13; 3 models US$18; 4 models US$23, etc. This applies to all HOT!, OLDIES, RACING COLLECTION and JGTC/Super GT models. Premium Collection 1/20 and 1/24 scale models incur higher shipping costs, as follows: first model US$30, and each additional model US$15/model.
